We have won the German Brand Award 2026 for MARTOR’s new corporate website. We received gold in the ‘Brand Communication | Web & Mobile’ category and the Winner Award in the ‘Digital Brand Experience’ category, presented on 25 June 2026 in Berlin. For us, this is more than just a trophy. It is recognition for a project that we developed in close collaboration with MARTOR, from the very first strategy session right through to the go-live.
What this award means to us
It’s rare to win awards in two categories for a single project. For our team, this is proof that brand positioning and digital implementation were truly conceived as a unified whole in this project, rather than being tackled one after the other. This is precisely the standard we strive for in every website project: a corporate website should not merely be a digital business card, but should embody the brand itself.

Why the jury was convinced
The German Design Council’s 17-member expert jury assesses each entry on the basis of brand positioning, differentiation and implementation. In the case of martor.com, the jury particularly highlighted the fact that we structured the website not around product categories, but around the usage scenarios of different target groups. Instead of a product catalogue, we have created a brand platform featuring editorial content, guided user journeys and interactive elements that give the topic of security in the digital space a tangible form.
An award that reflects the way we work
With 1,676 entries from 18 countries, the German Brand Award is one of the most fiercely contested awards for brand work in the German-speaking world. The fact that we have won two awards with MARTOR reinforces our approach to setting up projects: with a team, rather than with separate areas of responsibility.
How we worked with MARTOR
A project like this cannot be carried out by a single team on its own. In our case, strategy, design and development were all based in the same project space from the very beginning; there were no separate phases with handover points. On the MARTOR side, brand management, marketing, product management and e-business were all equally involved. For us, this close coordination across departmental boundaries and across the divide between client and agency is what makes the difference between a website that simply looks good and one that truly embodies a brand.
You can read more about our collaboration with MARTOR in our case study on Martor. If you’re planning to create your own brand platform rather than a simple product page, you’ll find more information on our services page dedicated to corporate websites.
