Junior UX Designer (m/f/d)

Why this role is important

Nowadays, digital brands are primarily built through digital products and platforms. As a Junior UX Designer, you’ll support our team in designing modern websites and digital interfaces, and learn how user experience, design systems and technical implementation work together. You’ll work closely with experienced UX designers, web designers and developers.

Your responsibilities

  • Support with the design of interfaces for websites and digital platforms

  • Creation of wireframes and layouts

  • Contributing to design systems and component libraries

  • Implementation of user flows and prototypes

  • Collaboration on web design, development and strategy

  • Support with the further development of UX concepts

Who you are

  • some practical experience in UX/UI design or web design

  • a portfolio of UX, UI or web projects

  • a good feel for digital interfaces and user guidance

  • very proficient in using Figma

  • initial experience with web design projects

  • very good German and good English

  • curious, keen to learn and motivated to develop further

You don’t just want to design – you want to understand digital products.

Crafts & Tools

You’re confident in:

  • Interface Design Figma (Auto Layout, components, variants, prototyping)

  • Design Systems Structured development and use of component libraries

  • UX Fundamentals Wireframes, User Flows, Prototyping

We expect you to be familiar with the basics of working with design systems and components in Figma – these workflows should come naturally to you and be second nature.
