Why this role is important

Brands are not created by individual designs, but by systems. As a Senior Designer – Brand, you will develop visual identities that provide companies with direction and stand the test of time. You’ll work on corporate designs, design systems and brand identities that are strategically sound and visually compelling. It’s not just about ideas – it’s about excellent execution.

Your responsibilities

• Development and design of corporate identities and brand systems

• Translating brand strategies into clear visual languages

• Creation of key visuals, design systems and guidelines

• Implementation of branding projects across various media (digital and analogue)

• Collaboration on strategy, web design and content creation

• Presentation and further development of design concepts

• Ensuring a high standard of design quality across all projects

Who you are

• 5+ years’ experience in branding or corporate design

• a portfolio featuring strong brand projects and visual identities

• an excellent eye for typography, layout and design systems

• highly proficient in using Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma

• Experience in building scalable design systems

• very good German and good English

• a structured approach to work and high standards of quality

Crafts & Tools

You are confident in:

• Design using Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)

• Design Systems in Figma (Auto Layout, components, variants, prototyping)

• Brand Systems: Development of scalable corporate identities and design systems

• AI tools such as Midjourney, Firefly or Krea can be used for exploration.
