Senior UX Designer (m/f/d)

Why this role is important

Digital platforms are now key brand platforms. As a Senior UX Designer, you will develop complex digital experiences for websites and platforms and ensure that user guidance, design systems and technical implementation work together seamlessly. You do not view UX in isolation, but always within the context of technology, brand strategy and practical implementation.

Your responsibilities

  • Design of complex UX/UI systems for websites and digital platforms

  • Development of information architectures, user flows and interaction concepts

  • Building scalable design systems

  • Collaboration on branding, content and development

  • Managing UX processes within projects

  • Presentation and further development of UX concepts

Who you are

  • 5+ years’ experience in UX/UI design or web design

  • Portfolio of complex digital platform projects

  • very proficient in using Figma

  • a thorough understanding of web architectures and digital platforms

  • very good German and good English

  • a structured approach to work and strategic thinking

You don’t just want to design interfaces – you want to shape digital platforms.

Crafts & Tools

You’re confident in:

  • UX/UI Design Figma (design systems, component architecture, prototyping)

  • UX methods User Flows, Information Architecture, Interaction Design

  • Web development

We expect you to have a basic understanding of modern web architectures. Ideally, you’ll also be able to create prototypes of designs independently – for example, using Framer or Webflow. UX designers at pechschwarz® always consider digital products within the context of their actual implementation on the web.
