Why this role is important

Social media now plays a key role in shaping how brands are perceived. As a social content designer, you create content that is visually compelling, captures attention and is tailored to each platform. Your work ensures that brands are not only visible – but also remain relevant.

Your responsibilities

• Design of social media assets (posts, stories, Reels, adverts)

• Contributing to the development of campaign ideas and content strategies

• Implementation of visual concepts for various platforms

• Collaboration with Strategy, Content and Project Management

• Monitoring current social and design trends

• Further development of templates and content formats

Who you are

• 2–3 years’ experience in social design or digital design

• a portfolio of social media projects or digital campaigns

• a keen understanding of platform mechanics and visual trends

• proficient in using Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma

• very good German and good English

• A structured approach to work and a desire to develop further

You don’t just want to create assets – you want to design content that raises a brand’s profile.

Crafts & Tools

You are confident in:

• Design Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Design Systems Figma (Auto Layout, components, prototyping)

• Basics of Motion After Effects or similar tools

• AI tools Suggestions to support creative processes are welcome.
