Why this role is important

Nowadays, websites are key platforms for modern brands. As a Web Project Manager, you ensure that complex web projects are planned in a structured manner, implemented efficiently and delivered to the highest standard. You coordinate design, development, content and strategy, and ensure that projects are managed effectively, budgets are adhered to and results are delivered reliably.

Your responsibilities

• Management and organisation of web projects (corporate websites, platforms, e-commerce)

• Planning project phases, timelines and resources

• Coordination of design, development, content and strategy

• Communicating with clients and chairing project meetings

• Quality assurance throughout all project phases

• Early identification of risks and proactive problem-solving

• Documentation of project progress and project status

Who you are

• 3–5 years’ experience in digital project management, ideally in an agency

• Experience with web projects and digital platforms

• An understanding of web technologies and modern web architectures

• very good German and good English

• a structured approach to work and clear communication

You don’t just want to manage projects – you want to see digital projects through to a successful conclusion.

Crafts & Tools

You’re confident in:

• Project Management Project planning, resource planning, budget control

• Tools Asana, Jira or similar project management tools

• Understanding the web Basic understanding of modern web technologies: Headless CMS, JAMstack, API-based platforms
