Brand rollout turns guidelines into daily practice.
Brand Portal, Design System, Templates and AI-Ready Setup. So that your teams, partners and agencies can work in line with your brand without having to ask for guidance every time.
Why Brand Rollout?
The brand guide is finished. That’s when the real work begins.
Your digital presence is often the first point of contact with your brand. Yet many teams work with websites that were ‘finished’ at some point and haven’t evolved since. They’re slow, inflexible and lack straightforward maintenance options. Digital experiences that really drive conversions need more than just attractive design. pechschwarz® brings together strategy, design and tech in a single team that understands your business context.

FREE ROLLOUT CHECK
Your brand rollout. Done right.
Many brands use a brand guide that’s just sitting around somewhere as a PDF, and a design system that only half the team is familiar with. In our free rollout check, we analyse your current setup and show you what a rollout that actually works looks like.

Audit & Scope
What is the brand identity, what use cases need to be covered, and which teams work with the brand on a daily basis? We establish clarity before we begin.
System Architecture
Atomic Design, token system, component hierarchy. We lay the foundations so that your system grows with you and doesn’t need to be rebuilt after six months.
Templates & Assets
Presentations, social media, print, email, job adverts. All the formats your team needs on a daily basis, ready-made and ready to use straight away.
Brand Portal
A digital home for your brand. Assets, guidelines, downloads and usage examples, all available in one place for teams, partners and agencies worldwide.
AI-Ready Setup
Custom Image Models are trained on your visual style; Brand-GPTs are trained on your tone of voice. This ensures that AI tools produce content that’s on-brand, not generic.
Rollout & Training
A workshop with teams, partners and agencies. To ensure the system is used from day one and doesn’t end up as yet another well-intentioned project tucked away on the intranet.
Our strengths as a brand roll-out agency
Systems thinking
No roll-out without a solid foundation. We build brand portals, design systems and templates in such a way that they work together rather than simply existing side by side.
AI-Ready
Custom image models and brand GPTs are part of our rollout. On-brand, even when generated by AI.
More than just a handover
We provide training for teams, partners and agencies. To ensure the system is used and doesn’t gather dust.
All under one roof
Brand identity, roll-out, website, content. All handled by a single team that understands your business context and eliminates the need for handover between agencies.
Built to be scalable
No handover, just goodbye. We’ll continue to support you with optimisations, campaigns and ongoing development after launch.
Measurably consistent
Brand consistency isn’t a feeling, but a metric. We measure it before and after the roll-out so that you can see what the system actually delivers.

Questions about the brand rollout
The costs depend on the scope. A design system on its own is significantly cheaper than a full roll-out including a brand portal, templates and AI setup. As a guide: Design System Basics projects start from 3 weeks’ duration, whilst a full roll-out with an AI-ready setup takes between 10 and 14 weeks. We’ll discuss specific prices transparently during the discovery call.
A design system contains components for digital products, such as buttons, layouts, typography guidelines and Figma libraries. A brand portal goes a step further and encompasses all brand assets across the board, including print, video, photography, AI guidelines and use cases. The two complement each other but address different needs.
Custom Image Models are trained on your visual style, whilst Brand-GPTs are trained on your tone of voice. This enables AI tools to produce content that looks and sounds like your brand, rather than generic stock material.
A design system on its own can be implemented in 4 to 6 weeks. A brand portal plus templates takes 6 to 10 weeks. A full roll-out, including AI-ready setup and team training, takes 10 to 14 weeks.
If several teams, partners or agencies are working with your brand, then yes. A structured design system is often sufficient for smaller in-house teams. The more touchpoints and stakeholders there are, the more important a central portal becomes.
Yes. An audit of the existing system, followed by targeted expansion, is often quicker and more cost-effective than a complete rebuild. We’ll discuss this during our initial meeting.
A workshop for designers, marketing teams, partners and agencies is included in the roll-out package. The aim is to ensure that the system is used from day one and does not end up as a well-intentioned project tucked away on the intranet.
