Skapetze® faced the strategic challenge of translating its design expertise into the digital realm whilst simultaneously creating a distinctive e-commerce experience that allows users to explore over 15,000 products intuitively. The existing brand presence had failed to translate the transformative power of light as a design element into measurable business success.

The new e-commerce platform was strategically developed on Shopify Plus and integrated via intelligent ERP integration with dynamic product data, differentiated pricing logic and automated stock management. This technical infrastructure enables precise B2B and B2C customer management, as well as seamless internationalisation into EU markets with localised shopping experiences.

Performance marketing and social media marketing have been systematically implemented to generate qualified traffic and strategically maximise brand reach. Marketing automation orchestrates personalised customer journeys and strengthens long-term customer loyalty through data-driven, segmented communication flows.

Campaign design, content storytelling and user-centred UI/UX design use light to create an emotional brand experience and intuitively guide users through complex product universes.
