Bergischer HC faced the challenge of staging the kick-off to the 2025 season not only as a sporting event but also as a media event. The aim was to convey the emotional appeal of handball across various channels and to create a coherent brand campaign. The task was to devise an integrated season opener that combines a promotional film, social media photography and dynamic entrance animations into a holistic brand experience that mobilises fans and strengthens the club’s identity.

Our strategic focus was on developing an integrated brand campaign that positions the BHC as a powerful, dynamic entity. We created a holistic brand experience in which the promotional film laid the emotional foundation, social media photos extended the narrative online, and the entrance animations were specifically designed to heighten the atmosphere and build excitement for the fans in the arena. Each element was designed to sharpen the club’s brand identity, energise the fanbase and establish a consistent, powerful message for the entire 2025 season.
