The complexity of high-quality, customisable products such as louvre roofs and pergola systems called for a digital solution that not only provides information but also engages emotionally and systematically simplifies the purchasing process.

The key task was to create a digital architecture that would sharpen brand perception, convey complex product information intuitively and, at the same time, establish direct sales channels for specific product groups such as pergolas. The aim was to design an experience that brings INODEQ®’s quality promise to life in every interaction and seamlessly combines the brand experience with high-performance e-commerce functionality.

Solution

A strategic brand refresh was carried out for INODEQ®, which precisely refined the brand identity and enshrined it in consistent brand guidelines. Building on this, a dual-platform strategy was developed that intelligently orchestrates the brand experience and direct sales.

The corporate website, built using Webflow, serves as a central hub for the brand experience. Through the use of immersive scrollytelling, motion design and high-quality 3D visualisations and animations, the products are presented in an emotionally engaging way, bringing their technical sophistication to life. Integrated lead generation forms and intelligent comparison tools support information-seeking users on their customer journey and convert interest into qualified enquiries. A bespoke product configurator enables users to visually design their ideal patios and make complex decisions in a playful way.

In parallel, a dedicated e-commerce platform based on Shopify was set up for the pergola systems, which are aimed at direct sales. This online shop solution is consistently optimised for conversion and offers a seamless, transactional shopping experience that maximises efficiency in direct sales.
