The KPS Group, one of Germany’s leading providers of equipment inspections, faced a twofold challenge: demonstrating its market leadership through digital means and meeting the high demand for staff resulting from this success. The existing brand perception reflected neither the technical excellence nor the dynamic corporate culture that are crucial for attracting top specialists.

There was a lack of an integrated digital strategy that would reinforce the company’s positioning as an industry leader whilst simultaneously building a strong employer brand. The key task was to transform the brand identity in such a way that it both communicates the company’s leading market position and creates an authentic, attractive culture for talent. This went hand in hand with the need to optimise recruitment processes through technology in order to meet the growing demand for qualified staff.

Solution

A comprehensive rebranding strategy was devised for KPS, aimed at clearly establishing its position as the market leader in the field of equipment testing. The development of a new visual and verbal identity sharpened the company’s profile as a highly specialised and reliable partner, whose expertise is underpinned by numerous certifications and its VDE membership.

At the same time, there was a strong focus on employer branding in order to strategically meet the high demand for staff. Through targeted content creation, the employer brand was imbued with emotional appeal: a high-quality corporate video and authentic team photographs translate the company’s values into a tangible culture and position KPS as a modern, attractive employer.

A new corporate website built on a monolithic WordPress instance was developed as the technological foundation for this repositioning. The site is fully optimised for mobile use and implemented in multiple languages to ensure a seamless user experience. A key feature is the API integration with the HR system, which automates applicant management and significantly improves the candidate journey.

The result is a cohesive digital ecosystem that clearly communicates KPS’s market leadership whilst offering a systematic solution for talent acquisition.
