Lanz, a company with a strong tradition in building services engineering, was faced with the task of transforming its established identity into a progressive, forward-looking brand identity. The aim was to develop a brand architecture that embodies Lanz’s heritage whilst also taking a visionary approach to the future – as the foundation for the digitalisation and sustainable transformation of all business areas. What was needed was a consistent, emotional brand presence that unites the entire portfolio of services and drives momentum in both established and new markets. The challenge: to translate complex processes, products and services into a comprehensive brand experience that provides guidance, creates differentiation and sets new digital standards.

Building on this, a digital strategy was developed that consistently translates the branding into the digital world. In conjunction with a high-performance headless architecture supported by the Arkive CMS, it enables the seamless integration and centralised management of customer, product and service information. Highly scalable and future-proof, all IT systems – from Microsoft Dynamics to the PIM – are seamlessly integrated.

A consistently user-centred UI/UX design, combined with strategic visual storytelling and a central content hub, brings to life not only the breadth of Lanz’s services but also its innovative strength across all digital touchpoints.
