Solution

To begin with, a comprehensive UI/UX audit was carried out to gain a precise understanding of user needs and requirements and to tailor the information architecture specifically to these. Based on these findings, a brand refresh was carried out, making the visual identity appear more consistent and modern without the need for a complete relaunch.

The storytelling was redeveloped based on specific use cases to communicate the wide-ranging benefits of the SIHOT solution in a clear and practical way. Motion design elements and interactive illustrations make even complex software processes intuitive to experience and reduce the perceived complexity.

Implementation based on a headless WordPress architecture ensures that content can be managed flexibly, scaled internationally and delivered with high performance. The result is a digital brand presence that communicates clear product benefits, provides guidance to decision-makers and users, and measurably improves the user experience.
